Gestaltistic Approach in Short Therapy
Keywords:

In the article I try to present the possibility to use short therapy from the gestaltistic point of view. In the GT, as in other psychotherapeutic modalities, short therapy isn’t very present. But in practice, a lot of clients want short therapy – as some help in their distresses here and now. Very frequently in the psyshotherapy with young people and adolescents is appropriate, as they aren’t motivated for a long therapy. In the article I try to orientate on some gestaltistic conceptions as: here and now, figure-ground, awareness, responsability. Finaly, I try to pay attention on ending as a very important thing in short therapy.
